It's now been 5 business days since receiving my order, I still haven't received the $75 refund and they haven't reached out to send the red embroidered scrubs. July 26 was 3 full business days, I called in the evening and was told it's just taking longer. The confirmation email said to allow 48 business hours for a response. I emailed the pictures immediately and on Jul 21 I received a confirmation email that they received my email. They told me I would get my refund within 48 hours and instructed me to email a picture of scrubs I received. I called customer service that day and told them I had not received the $75 refund and did not get the scrubs with the red embroidery. Two sets of my scrubs were supposed to have red embroidery, however all of them have white embroidery. My order finally shipped july 17 and I received it July 20. I ended up calling several times as the order continued to be delayed, I was told once the order shipped, I would receive a $75 refund for the delay. The order was supposed to ship within 10 business days and when it didn't, I reached out to customer service. The company offers nursing uniforms, medical scrubs, shoes, supplies, bags.
